Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing is a local, family-run business in Vineland, New Jersey. Brothers Charles and Paul Laury founded the company in 1945. Their approach was simple: put the customer first, focus on value over price, and work hard every day. Those values guided their work then. They still guide how we operate today.
From the beginning, Charles and Paul wanted to help local families stay comfortable. They focused on using the best technology available. When air conditioning was still a luxury, they were among the first in the area to offer it, starting in 1954. That forward-thinking approach helped Laury grow steadily and earn the trust of communities throughout South Jersey.
In 1990, we added geothermal services. In 2002, we expanded into full-service plumbing. These additions helped us serve more homeowners and businesses across South Jersey.
As the company grew, the family legacy grew with it. Today, Laury is in its fourth generation of family leadership. The Laury family remains actively involved. Ted Laury, along with his son, David Laury, and daughter, Kasie Harris, lead the company into the future.
Our tools and technology have changed over the years. Our mission has not. We still focus on high-quality, reliable service built on integrity, family values, and real expertise.
